Kalawa Library and School Project, established in September 2011 as a nonprofit organization in South Dakota, USA, is dedicated to enriching lives by providing essential primary education, computer literacy, teaching resources, and library services to the underserved rural community of Kalawa, Kenya.

Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality education that empowers students to be independent and in control of their education and lives. We prioritize personalized instruction, project-based learning, and a commitment to equity and inclusivity in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. We prepare students to navigate life with confidence and resilience, developing the knowledge, skills, character, and awareness to achieve their full potential.
